General Terms and Conditions of Sale
In order to benefit from the services offered by Camping Les Parcs, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following general conditions. These conditions govern the sales of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our general terms and conditions.

Booking Conditions
The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receiving the deposit and either the completed and signed booking contract or after accepting the general terms and conditions when booking online. Reservations only bind Camping Les Parcs if it has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability and any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation. Camping Les Parcs offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense. The accommodations are specifically designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that contradicts this principle or attempts to circumvent it. The reservation of a campsite pitch or rental is strictly personal. You cannot sublet or transfer your reservation without prior consent from the campsite. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Campsite Pitch
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, as well as access to sanitary facilities and reception infrastructure.
Rentals
The rental accommodations are equipped to host 2 to 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation. Camping Les Parcs reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with more participants than the accommodation can accommodate.
Booking Fees
Camping Les Parcs charges a 20 € booking fee for reservations on rentals and pitches of more than 5 nights.
Rates and Tourist Tax
The prices indicated are valid for the 2024 season. The tourist tax is 0.60 € per person aged 18 and over.
Payment Conditions
Upon booking, a deposit of 25% of the total reserved services must be paid to the campsite. The remaining balance is due during the stay.
Security Deposit Checks
A cleaning deposit check is required for all rental accommodations. This system ensures that each accommodation is returned in perfect condition for the next guests, ensuring a pleasant stay for all.
Cleaning Deposit Check Conditions
Upon arrival, a cleaning deposit check of 50 € will be requested. This check is not cashed, it is kept during your stay and will be returned upon departure if the accommodation is left in a condition that meets the cleanliness standards expected.
Cleaning Deposit Return Conditions
Before departure, an inventory will be performed by our team. If the accommodation is clean and in good condition, the check will be returned without charge. If the accommodation has not been properly cleaned or if damage is found, the campsite reserves the right to keep part or all of the cleaning deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs. A cleaning fee of 50 € may be charged.
Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance. This policy provides cancellation coverage that allows for a refund of amounts paid in the event of cancellation or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Cancellations and Modifications
The client may request a modification to their stay (dates, type of accommodation) in writing to the campsite (by mail or email), subject to availability. No change can be made to the following season. Without modification, the client must either keep the original booking or cancel under the cancellation insurance terms. Any request to extend the stay will be subject to availability and current rates.
If the stay is interrupted or shortened due to any of the following reasons: A voucher will be issued for the unused nights, valid for one year. If the client refuses the voucher, they will be refunded, upon request, the corresponding amount, minus booking fees and cancellation insurance costs if applicable. Outside of the reasons listed above, no refunds or vouchers will be provided for stays interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the client's actions.
In case of cancellation by Camping Les Parcs, except for force majeure, the amounts paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. This cancellation will not entitle the client to any damages or compensation.
a. In the case of cancellation by the camper without cancellation insurance
For one of the following reasons (preventing the stay): A voucher for the full amount paid will be issued, valid for one year. If the client refuses this voucher, they will be refunded, upon request, the corresponding amount.
For all other reasons:
- Case 1: Cancellation up to 21 days before the stay begins. The amounts paid as a deposit will be refunded by Camping Les Parcs, but the booking fees will be retained.
- Case 2: Cancellation less than 21 days before your arrival. The 25% deposit will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee, as well as the booking fees and the cost of cancellation insurance if purchased.
b. In case of cancellation by the camper with cancellation insurance
The amounts paid are covered by the insurance according to the cancellation policy. If the reason is not covered by the insurance or if the claim is rejected, the conditions in paragraph (4 a, case 2) will apply and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amounts paid in case of cancellation. Your Stay
The camper is responsible for the supervision of their personal belongings (bikes, etc.). The campsite disclaims any responsibility in the event of incidents that fall under the camper's civil liability. All clients must comply with the rules of the internal regulations. Each primary renter is responsible for any disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with them or visiting them.
Pets
Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed near the pools, in food shops, or in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
Image Rights
You authorize Camping Les Parcs, as well as any person designated by the campsite, to photograph, record, or film you during your stay and to use these images, sounds, videos, and recordings on any media (especially on the Camping Les Parcs website and pages, as well as on Facebook and Instagram). This authorization applies to you and those staying with you. It is granted for the sole purpose of promoting and animating the establishment and cannot harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, worldwide, and for a period of 5 years.
Dispute
Any complaint regarding the non-compliance of services with contractual commitments should be addressed in writing by mail or email to the manager of Camping Les Parcs.

Responsibility of Camping Les Parcs
The client expressly acknowledges that Camping Les Parcs cannot be held responsible for any false information provided by its partners or third parties on partner websites, including promotional photos, descriptions, activities, services, and operating dates. The photos and texts used on the Camping Les Parcs website are non-contractual and are provided for informational purposes only.
Data Protection
The information you provide when placing your order will not be shared with any third parties. It will be treated confidentially by Camping Les Parcs for the processing of your order and to enhance and personalize communication and services offered to customers, based on your interests. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the use of your personal data. To exercise this right, please send a request by mail, indicating your name, surname, and address.
