FAQ
What time can I check in and check out of my mobile home ?
Check-ins for mobile homes are from 3:00 PM, and check-outs must be made before 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. We kindly ask you to adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and preparation of the accommodations.
Do I need to pay a security deposit when renting a mobile home ?
Yes, a security deposit of €50 is required upon arrival. It is made by check for cleaning purposes. The check will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided the mobile home is returned in good condition and the cleaning has been properly done.
Are sheets and towels provided in the mobile home ?
Yes, sheets are provided. However, towels are not provided.
Are pets allowed in the mobile homes ?
Yes, dogs and cats are allowed in the mobile homes, under certain conditions. Dogs of categories 1 and 2 must comply with specific rules, such as being kept on a leash and having their vaccination record up to date. Please refer to the "Pets" page for more information.
Is the mobile home equipped with air conditioning ?
Our mobile homes are not equipped with air conditioning, but they are fitted with windows and shutters to ensure good ventilation.
Is there Wi-Fi in the mobile homes?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite, including in the mobile homes. This service is free for the duration of your stay.
Do I need to clean the mobile home before I leave?
Yes, the mobile home must be returned in a clean condition. If you prefer not to clean it yourself, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
Are the mobile homes accessible to people with reduced mobility?
We have some mobile homes adapted for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance to check the availability of these specific accommodations.
